Watch the ‘whiteboard’ for upcoming carnivals

PSNA Carnival- Junior/Intermediate carnival 26TH JULY,2009

1.      Fully complete (this means birth dates as well) the Carnival Entry Form.  A copy of this form is able on the website and further copies are available at the office.

2.      You will need to supply a competent umpire.

3.      The entry fee, set by the host Association, will need to accompany the form. Entry into PSNA carnival will cost $22.00 per team.

4.      The completed form and entry fee should be placed in an envelope, sealed and marked to the attention of CARNIVAL CONVENOR and left at the office by the specified closing date.  Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5.      PLEASE NOTE:  ALL Carnivals will incur a late withdrawal fine
(approximately $55)
